  • Identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships that enhance your reach, capability, and sustainability.

    Facilitating processes that build trust, foster collaboration, and embed reciprocity between stakeholders, including identifying aligned partner organisations, arts workers, or art therapists for projects.

  • Crafting community engagement, co-design, and other participatory approaches for specific impacts and goals.

  • Co-designing measurable outcomes and evaluation frameworks that reflect your values and goals.

    Delivery of written and/or visually based documentation and reports.


  • Reviewing existing programs and policies through a creative optimisation lens to identify opportunities—both small and significant—for meaningful impact.

Gülşen Özer and Associates specialise in designing arts interventions for positive social and health outcomes. Their expertise spans placemaking, participatory and socially engaged arts, creative leadership and partnerships, connecting creative practice with community wellbeing, participation, and connection.
